As a commitment to providing the best service possible, we offer Free (5-7 Day) Ground Shipping within Continental US. If you need your item(s) delivered sooner than the Ground Shipping, please contact us via phone or email.
Note: All orders received after 1 p.m. (Central Time) will be shipped on the following day. In the case of emergency please contact us by phone.
Shipping overseas? No problem. Just let us know, and we will provide you with the shipping costs quote.
REFUNDS, RETURNS and CANCELLATION Policies:
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 15 Days for and we will refund the charges promptly. Item not returned within 15 Days of delivery are subject to a 10% of restocking fee.
We can not offer a refund on:
Items that have been damaged by the customer.
Personalized Tags and Plates.
Urns that have been filled.
Return Shipping charges unless the item was sent by our mistake.
Unfortunately, we can not accept cancellations on Custom designed and Custom painted Urns, but we will do our best to get your very personalized project done just the way you want. That is why we email photos of your Custom done piece for your approval before the shipping.
